Comments: 週末長練之前就覺得膝蓋有點怪怪的, 跑完之後果然hamstring發作, 下午瘸著去健行, 真的要買新鞋了, 現在腳不是很習慣厚重support很好的鞋子, 穿現在的鞋跑感覺比五指鞋的時候吃力一些....@.@
