Comments: hamstring似乎沒事了, 不過週末長練的時候氣喘發作, 跑了1mile之後又慢慢跑回車上用藥, 弄道10點才開跑, 整個非常熱.....
週三做了太厲害的body weight row結果肩膀大受傷, 痛了好幾天, 週五攀岩也只敢攀V0
我最近變胖好多, 到底出了什麼事情?
